By accessing or using GetBizAudit (), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

GetBizAudit provides automated online presence audits ("Reports") generated from publicly available data and third-party data providers. Reports are informational estimates and do not constitute professional, legal, financial, or marketing advice. Metrics such as traffic, search volume, and revenue estimates are approximations and may differ from actual results.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and may only purchase audits for businesses you own or are authorized to represent.

3. Payments & refunds

  • Audits are sold as one-time purchases, priced as displayed at checkout (default $129 unless otherwise stated).
  • Delivery typically occurs within 24 hours of payment. If we fail to deliver a Report, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • 48-hour satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied with a delivered Report, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a full refund, no questions asked. After that window, completed Reports are non-refundable except where required by law. Refund requests: billing@.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by submitting businesses you have no relationship with for abusive purposes, scraping the platform, interfering with operation, or misrepresenting your identity.

5. Share links

Reports may be shared via optional links you create. You are responsible for whom you share links with and may revoke them at any time. We may revoke links that are abused.

6. Intellectual property

The platform, design, and Report formats are our property. Your Report is licensed to you for internal business use and sharing with your team, contractors, and clients.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APPLICABLE REPORT.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
